The iHELP SOS Point enables simple SOS alerts and quick access to your key medical information and emergency contacts. With a tap of your phone via NFC or by scanning the QR code, you can raise the alarm in seconds.
How does it work?
No app. No login. Quick access in an emergency.
1. Tap
Hold a smartphone near the SOS Point or scan the QR code.
2. Open
The iHELP SOS function opens and a 5-second countdown to the alarm begins.
3. Help
Get quick access to first aid instructions, the AED map and important medical information about the casualty.
The person helping does not need the iHELP mobile app to access it.

- blood type, allergies and medical conditions,
- medications, doctors and treatments,
- special medical circumstances (reduced mobility, blindness, deafness, guide dog),
- pacemaker or ICD,
- stent or heart bypass,
- profile picture and medical documents.
You decide what information to share.

Every iHELP SOS Point is personalised for its user and includes NFC and, optionally, a unique QR code for quick access to help, SOS features and safety information.
